TFT Camp will be:

Wednesday, July 20th - Friday, July 22nd
6 - 8 p.m. in the Etowah Gym
$65 per player, includes t-shirt

Come join us for a great few days of volleyball training. The camp will be led by both high school and middle school staff members. This camp is a great way to gear up for tryouts and get to meet our coaches and it's a great time for them to notice you & all your hard work on becoming a stronger volleyball athlete!

Saturday, July 23 from 9:00am- 12:00pm
in the Etowah Gym

We will be placing athletes on three teams.
-The Gold Team: top level players approximately 12 to 14 on roster. This group will have both practices and competitions weekly.
-The Blue Team: another competitive group consisting of 12 to 14 players on roster. The group will also have both practices and competitions weekly.
-The White Team: a group of players who will meet once a week and work on skill building. They may have inter-squad scrimmages and will tentatively play one final match at the end of the season against an outside opponent.

Jr. Eagles 2022-23 Dues & Player Packs

GOLD & BLUE Teams:

$350 - Players will be given 1 sweatshirt, 2 practice t-shirts, 1 pair of spandex, 1 pair of socks & 1 set of knee pads. A player pack order form will be available upon registration. A jersey will be given to them and must be returned at the end of season.

$175 - This is a lower cost due to the fact that this team will NOT receive official uniforms or play regular tournaments. The White Team will receive 2 practice t-shirts with the option to buy a team sweatshirt for $30. They will have 1-2 weekly practices and scrimmages and 1 tournament during the season. The goal is to allow those interested in the sport that don't make the Gold or Blue team to learn the sport and get better to then make the Gold/Blue or High School team the following year.

$175 is required upon making the team in July and the remaining $175 (if A or B team) is due no later than August 22nd
(but preferably on Spike Night if possible please)

The fee assists in covering the $25,000+ in expenses associated with running three teams and the facilities for the season. The Etowah Volleyball program is a self-sustaining program dependent upon support from our volleyball family and the community.
All player fees (BOTH installments) MUST be paid via credit card, thru our SportsEngine website. If you prefer to pay by cash or check, please make checks payable to EVBC and send or drop off to Lori Novack, 617 Ashwood Ct., Woodstock, GA 30189.
The Eagles Volleyball Booster Club (EVBC) is a non-profit 501(c)3 corporation in the State of Georgia.

Any payment related questions can be directed to our Booster Club Board by emailing them at:

Once initial payment of $175 is made, players will order and be given above stated player pack items. A player pack order form will be available during their registration as a new team member.
A fee of $100 per jersey will be assessed if not returned in usable condition.

MARK YOUR CALENDARS!! Friday, AUG 5th @ 6 p.m. - Etowah Cafeteria

"Spike Night" is our official "Welcome to the Team" night for ALL teams (High School & Jr. Eagles)! We require ALL players and at least 1 parent to attend (additional adults or children attending MUST RSVP please and pay an additional $10/person). Girls can dress up cute for pictures we'll be taking and posting on our Social Media sites. We will enjoy an Italian themed dinner from Alessandro's and a delicious desert from Nothing Bundt Cake.  We will congratulate and introduce all the coaches, the girls and their teams. Final/2nd payment for the season, along with Fundraiser money will be due this night. We will discuss what the season entails, including, but not limited to all of the following:

  • How to Utilize SportsEngine for everything
  • Volunteering (signing up for positions, dates, etc.)
  • Sponsors and Sponsorship opportunities
  • Player Packs
  • Fundraising
  • "NEW" Spirit Wear & "swag" will be available for purchase!!

In addition to our Jr. Eagles Train for Tryouts for the middle school, fundraising is a vital part of the volleyball program. It helps our program to purchase new equipment, new uniforms, pay for tournaments, recognize our seniors on senior night and recognize all players and coaches at the end of season party and banquet. Our program relies on fundraising and encourages everyone to participate.

This year's main fundraiser will be:
Etowah Volleyball's
"Basket Bonanza" 2022

There will be several baskets that will be raffled off.
Both Jr. Eagles and High School will participate, where each player who makes a team will be asked to sell 20 raffle tickets for $5 each (total of $100 - DUE NO LATER THAN SPIKE NIGHT PLEASE). They will be given their raffle tickets upon making the team and can start selling immediately.
The baskets will be great so an easy sell!
A couple of examples of baskets include:
"Sweet 16"
"Serve it up"
"Get some Digs" and more!!

Parent volunteering is a huge part of our program's success. All parents are expected to volunteer, whether it be at the volleyball games on the floor, taking on a “lead” role below or working in the concession stand. Our games cannot run smoothly without the help of our parents. We will need scorekeepers, line judges, score flipper or libero tracker at home games and also to help out at away games. We will also need concession stand volunteers at our home games for the High School. In addition to helping at the games, we also need a few parents who are willing to be in charge of the committees listed below:

Team Parent – works with the EVBC (Etowah Volleyball Booster Club) your specific coach and communicates all information from the coach to your team regarding weekly game updates, practice changes, making sure food coordinator, concessions and workstations are all covered by those in charge of those items

Food Coordinator – works with the team parent to make sure pre-game meals are scheduled, ordered and delivered to the girls at school before Home AND Away games

Concessions – work with the Treasurer to order all drinks, buy food and schedule parent volunteers to work home games, Freshman & JV for Varsity and vice versa

Workstation Coordinator – schedules parents for each station needed for home and away games - we have a SUG (Sign up Genius) where parents can sign up but if parents don't volunteer, then you can assign parents to each job/date and then you distribute to all parents - if a parent can’t do their job that day, they are responsible for finding someone to replace them

End of Year Party Coordinator – work with the Treasurer to organize and set up for the End of Year party

We will have sign-up sheets at "Spike Night". Please have your calendars ready to sign up where you can - Thank you!!

2022 Advertising/Sponsorship/Donation Form

Dear Family, Friends, Business Owners and Sports Fans,

I am a board member of the Eagles Volleyball Booster Club, Inc., a 501(c)(3) corporation. As a part of Etowah High School Athletics and Cherokee County School District, our players participate in tournaments throughout our District and Region. We placed in the Sweet 16 this past season and won runner up (2nd) for our Region. We’re very excited about what next season will bring! We are currently attempting to secure sponsors to assist in our fundraising purposes to help us cover expenses not covered by the school. We’d love to represent our local community friends and businesses during the 2022-2023 volleyball season.

Eagles Volleyball Booster Club, Inc. is looking for both individual and corporate sponsors who are interested in supporting our teams. High School offers 3 teams, Freshman, JV and Varsity. We also support the ET Booth Middle School Jr. Eagle Volleyball Program, another 3 teams. In return for your donation, we offer you various forms of recognition. This includes, but is not limited to:

D) An opportunity to provide a gift card(s) which will be put in a basket that we will be raffling off on our website, FaceBook page, Instagram & Twitter - selling raffle tickets in which all players will participate in selling ($50, $100 or more)

We are able to provide our sponsors with a 501(c)(3) tax I.D. number EIN: 85-1212607 for their records. 100% of all the monies raised go directly to our Volleyball program.
